Our dedicated Social Care Workers are committed to improving the lives of our clients. A rigorous selection process begins with identity checking and validates their qualifications and previous care experience. Only when sound references and satisfactory disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring Service are received will a carer be matched for compatibility with a client. We provide our carers with ongoing internal and external training overseen by our in house training team.
